Shipping Policy

1️⃣ Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from Singapore.

2️⃣ Processing Time: Orders are processed once daily at 1:00 PM Singapore Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

3️⃣ Address Changes:

• If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at cs@hautuki.sg OR WhatsApp before 1:00 PM Singapore Time.
• Provide the email used for your order and the new shipping address when making the request.
• Address change requests are subject to approval and are not guaranteed.

4️⃣ Address Lock-in: After 1:00 PM Singapore Time, shipping addresses cannot be changed under any circumstances.

5️⃣ Delivery Responsibility:

• Orders with incorrect address details will not qualify for re-delivery or a refund.
• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery arrangements must be made directly with the courier. Any additional delivery fees will be charged to the recipient.
