Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Origin & Processing

• Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from Singapore.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed once daily at 1:00 PM Singapore Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

2. Address Changes & Lock-in

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, you must submit your request before 1:00 PM Singapore Time.

• How to Request: Contact us at cs@hautuki.sg or via WhatsApp.
• Required Information: You must provide the email used for your order and the new shipping address when making the request.
• Subject to Approval: Address change requests are subject to approval and are not guaranteed.
• Address Lock-in: After 1:00 PM Singapore Time, shipping addresses cannot be changed under any circumstances.

3. Delivery Responsibility & Liability

• Incorrect Address: Orders with incorrect address details will not qualify for re-delivery or a refund.
• Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery arrangements must be made directly with the courier. Any additional delivery fees incurred will be strictly charged to the recipient.
