✅ Shipping starts daily at 1:00 PM Singapore time. Address changes must be requested before 1:00 PM; after that, no modifications are possible.

✅ To change the delivery address, contact cs@hautuki.sg or WhatsApp with your order number. Changes are subject to approval and not guaranteed after shipping begins.

✅ Check product options and quantity before purchase. Once paid, you cannot modify, add items, or combine orders.

✅ Cancellations or refunds after shipping deduct a restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
