Return Policy (15-Day Guarantee)

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be less than 1/3 used.
• We offer a 100% refund for eligible returns.
• You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

1. Request a Return: Contact us at cs@hautuki.sg within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Approval & Confirmation: We will review your request and notify you if your return is approved.
   ※ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Shipping the Return: Once approved, you must arrange and cover the shipping cost for the return.
   ※ Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
4. Inspection & Restocking: We will confirm the return condition upon arrival.
5. Refund Issued: If approved, the refund will be processed.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

Refunds will be issued after inspection upon receiving the return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.

• Restocking Fee: A SGD $2 restocking fee per order will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping.

Important Notes About Refunds & Returns

• Orders with incorrect address details will not qualify for a refund or re-delivery.
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified after shipping begins.
• If an order is canceled or refunded after shipping has started, only the amount after deducting the restocking fee will be refunded.
