The Qxpress tracking code will be provided once the product shipment has been fulfilled
A delivery completion email will be sent once the shipment is marked as delivered. If you have not received your package, you must contact us within 5 days after receiving the delivery completion email.
We will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges if you claim non-receipt of the package more than 3 days after the delivery status is marked as completed.
