Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Origin & Processing

• Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from Singapore.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed once daily at 1:00 PM Singapore Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

2. Address Changes & Lock-in

Please check your shipping address carefully when placing an order. If you need to change the shipping address, you must update it directly before the daily fulfillment time starts at 12:45 PM Singapore Time.

• How to Change: You can edit your address directly on the Thank You page or your Order page (accessible by logging into your account and viewing your orders).
• Editing Time Limit: Address changes can only be made within 7 days after placing an order, and only while the order remains unfulfilled before the next fulfillment time begins.
• Disabled Editing Hours: Self-service address editing is strictly disabled from 12:45 PM to 1:05 PM Singapore Time (Monday to Friday). Orders placed within this timeframe cannot be edited.
• Address Lock-in: Once the daily fulfillment window begins at 12:45 PM Singapore Time, shipping addresses cannot be changed under any circumstances.

3. Delivery Responsibility & Liability

• Incorrect Address: Orders with incorrect address details will not qualify for re-delivery or a refund.
• Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery arrangements must be made directly with the courier. Any additional delivery fees incurred will be strictly charged to the recipient.
